Decreeing As Kings
Thanks be to God, who has qualified us to reign in life as kings through Christ. We exercise our authority and make decrees in line with the plans purpose of almighty God.
Only the will of God shall prevail in our time. Principalities and powers shall cower while we tower and soar. What we decree stands and what we command comes into being. All authority in heaven and on earth belong to Jesus, who delegated it to us.
We are more than conquerors. We fear no evil because God is with us, in us and for us.
We put on the whole armour of God:
Helmet of salvation-to protect our minds from every sinister and negative suggestions of the enemy.
We thank God for the Belt of Truth with which we expose all the lies and stratagems and fronts of the enemy. We are not ignorant of the devices of the enemy. The devil is a liar and father of lies. But “Thy Word is truth. And ye shall know to the truth. And to the truth shall make you free.”
We thank You, O God for the shield of faith with which to quench, extinguish every flaming arrows of the enemy. The just shall live by faith and not by sight. We look not at the things that are seen but that which is not seen, assured that the things which are seen are temporary, transient and ephemeral, but the things which are unseen are eternal.
We put on the Shoes of the Gospel, with firm footed readiness to trumpet the Good news of the Gospel. Salvation belongs to the Lord. The God we serve is a faithful, powerful, awesome, dependable God. He can be trusted to keep against that day, that which is committed into His powerful, more than able hands.
We don the robe of righteousness, because we are the righteousness of God in Christ. There is therefore no more condemnation on us. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set us free from the law of sin and death. We have passed from death to life.
We have the life of God-Zoe -in us.
We Wield the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. We cut down every demonic tree that the enemy has planted. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. If God be for us, who can be against us. No weapon fashioned against us shall prosper. When the enemy comes like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will raise a standard against him.
Jesus Christ disarmed principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them through the cross. We reign in this life through Him. Christ in us our hope of glory. What we bind on earth is bound in heaven and what we loose on earth is loosed in heaven.
Where the word of the king is there is power. We command principalities to comply immediately to the plans and purposes of God. The gospel shall have free course and wicked and unreasonable men are put in their proper place- under our feet, in Jesus mighty and matchless name. Amen.
Gospel CHEERS (1) Wipe the Corona tears with some gospel cheers
Saviour Shall Come
21 And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the Lord’s. Obadiah1:21
We are blessed to be a blessing, like Abraham (Gen12:2). God knows why we are here at such a time as this when the world is going through such turbulence, uncertainty, fear and desperation. Esther realised she was raised for the time she found herself and rose up to the challenge, stepped up to the plate and saved her nation who were under a threat of annihilation. We are in similar times and even more serious as the whole world is under siege. (Esther 4:14)
Nehemiah also stood in the gap for his nation and God used him to rebuild the nation in disrepair and despair. ( Neh1-6)
We need to be encouraged and be confident that He has prepared us for these desperate end-times. This is a time for us to shine like never before. It is not by might, nor by power but by His Spirit Who dwells in us. ( Zach 4:6)
In Isaiah 60:1-2, He enjoined us to “Arise, shine!” Because our light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon us. He said there will be gross darkness in the land, but the darker the night, the brighter we will shine.
God wants us to be saviours in our cities, communities, villages and nations especially in these times of fear, depression, death and destruction. We must bring hope amidst seeming hopelessness. Let us remember Abraham who against hope believed in Hope. He interceded for Lot and saved him. (Gen18:22-19:29)
Despite the deadness of Sarah’s womb and his age (99), he refused to stagger in unbelief, but gave glory to God. He must have affirmed, built up and complemented Sarah, “Honey you are looking wonderful, youthful and endearing!”
She may have found it difficult to believe, she still had the hope to conceive at 89, but he kept on building her up until she believed it and became pregnant and gave birth to Isaac. ( Rom4:20-21,Gen21:1-7)
Similarly, we have been called for such a time as this to bring hope amidst hopelessness in our communities, cities and nation. Let’s bring some good news cheer in the midst of the CONVID19 gloom and doom, death and destruction occasioned on innocent lives, livelihood and businesses. Children cannot play as usual, everybody is a suspect, “Does he have it?” Does she have it? “
Nevertheless, we are the light of the world. Let’s let our lights so shine that men see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven. We are the salt of the earth. Let’s spread a flavour and savour of goodness and good news. (Matt5:13-16)
Some are looking for scapegoats and pointing the finger here and there- playing the blame game like Adam and Eve. Let’s not partake in it.
Let’s pray without ceasing for God to have mercy on our land. Let’s be the sanitisers of our time by the power of the Holy Spirit. Let’s be the city on the hill that cannot be hidden. We have a God of Hope. He is not taken by surprise by what is happening and He cares. He will intervene if we intercede. He has willed the earth to us as custodians. We have authority here on earth and whatever we allow on earth will be allowed in heaven. And whatever we disallow or bind on earth will be disallowed or bound in heaven.
He will not force Himself on us. This is the Church Age. The Name of Jesus is powerful all the time. Let’s believe it and invoke it and turn the tide of evil, dispel the blanket of fear and halt the decimation and blighting of lives.( Phil2:9-11, Acts3:1-7,Acts4:12, Mark16:17-18)
It is a spiritual warfare. Let’s put on the whole armour of God (Ephe6:10-18)
We need the Helmet of Salvation for protecting our minds from every negativity, fear and foreboding.
We need Breastplate of Righteousness, being the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, we can stand in the gap like Abraham did, like Nehemiah did, like Daniel did, like Esther did.
We need the Belt of Truth for exposing all the lies of the enemy at this time.
Above all we badly need the shield of faith with which to quench every fiery dart of the enemy. We need to tell people with confidence, knowing Whom we have believed that, “We will pull through together. All hope is not lost despite the bad news everywhere.” We need to counsel people to limit the diet of fear and hopelessness because it weakens their immune system.
With God all things are possible. Let’s have faith in God. Through our God we shall do valiantly. Without faith it is impossible to please God. We walk by faith and not by sight.
We need the shoes of the gospel in this fight. Let’s look for the good things God is doing even at this time and spread it like wild fire. Let’s blow it like a beacon of hope. Let us unashamedly testify of God’s goodness.
Oh how we need to go beyond the defensive weapons and wield the Sword of the Spirit which the Word of God!
This is a time to use the Word- Sword, like never before against the adversary, like Jesus did, “It is written if God be for us who can be against us? It is written, No weapon fashioned against us shall prosper. It is written” When the enemy comes like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will raise a standard against him. It is said, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their testimony, that they loved not their lives unto death. Satan back off! It is written,” The Kingdom of God sufferers violence but the violent take it by force.” We cast you out of our cities, countries. We take back our businesses. We take back our health, we take back our joy, we take back our streets, we take back our social life in the Name of Jesus. Amen. ( Matt4:4,Rom8:31, Isa54:17, Isa59:19,, Rev12:11, Matt11:12
In This Year of Triumph
In this year of triumph (1)
There shall be
a remarkable achievement;
an unbelievable accomplishment.
This year shall be a reference point
Of an incredible turning point
In my life, in all my endeavours.
God will visit me, my family, my Church,
my business, my ministry with untold favour.
I shall be empowered to prosper,
rejuvenated refreshed to flourish as never before,
like a tree planted by the rivers of waters
that brings forth its fruit in due season.
This year of triumph is my due season, in Jesus’ Name.
1 When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion,
We were like those who dream.
2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter,
And our tongue with singing.
Then they said among the nations,
” The LORD has done great things for them.”
3 The LORD has done great things for us,
And we are glad.Ps126
1 Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
3 He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper. Ps1:1-3
12 The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree,
He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those who are planted in the house of the LORD
Shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bear fruit in old age;
They shall be fresh and flourishing,
15 To declare that the LORD is upright;
He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
I have prayed for thee.
How encouraging is the thought of the Redeemer’s never-ceasing intercession for us. When we pray, He pleads for us; and then we are not praying, He is advocating our cause, and by His supplications shielding us from unseen dangers. Notice the word of comfort addressed to Peter-“Simon, Simon, Satan hath desired to have you that he may sift you as wheat; but”-what? “But go and pray for yourself.” That would be good advice, but it is not so written. Neither does he say, “But I will keep you watchful, and so you shall be preserved.” That were a great blessing. No, it is, “But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not.” We little know what we owe to our Saviour’s prayers. When we reach the hill-tops of heaven, and look back upon all the way whereby the Lord our God hath led us, how we shall praise Him who, before the eternal throne, undid the mischief which Satan was doing upon earth. How shall we thank Him because He never held His peace, but day and night pointed to the wounds upon His hands, and carried our names upon His breastplate! Even before Satan had begun to tempt, Jesus had forestalled him and entered a plea in heaven. Mercy outruns malice. Mark, He does not say, “Satan hath desired to have you.” He checks Satan even in his very desire, and nips it in the bud. He does not say, “But I have desired to pray for you.” No, but “I have prayed for you: I have done it already; I have gone to court and entered a counterplea even before an accusation is made.” O Jesus, what a comfort it is that thou hast pleaded our cause against our unseen enemies; countermined their mines, and unmasked their ambushes. Here is a matter for joy, gratitude, hope, and confidence.
Lord, on this first Sunday of the year, we will be glad and rejoice in Thee. We will not open the gates of the first Sunday of the year to weak, lack-lustre notes of gratitude, but to the melodious harmony of voices and harps of joy unspeakable and full of glory. We will enter your gates with high praises and into your courts with delight and exuberance. With clean hands and pure heart we will climb the holy hill of the Lord.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise God in His sanctuary. Praise Him in the mighty heavens. Praise Him for His acts of power. Praise Him for His greatness- surpassing greatness. Praise Him with the trumpet. Praise Him with the harp and the lyre. Praise Him with the guitar and the flute. Praise Him with the keyboard and the dance. Praise Him with the cymbal, resounding cymbal. Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he had redeemed from the hands of the enemy.
Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord. Let us shout aloud to the Rock of our Salvation. In His Hands are the depths of the earth and the mountain peaks belong to Him. The sea is His for He made it and His Hands formed the dry land.
We are His people and sheep of His pasture.
We will put on the garment of praise to dispel any spirit of heaviness. Our God is good and is enthroned on high and is in full control, working everything together for the good of His own. This morning, we will celebrate how good and pleasant it is to be called children of God. We will rejoice that we are New creatures in Christ Jesus and that old things are one and new things have come. We will exalt the Lord our God and worship at His footstool because holy is He. We will proclaim, ‘What a mighty God we serve, glorious in holiness fearful in praises!’ We will declare Your majesty, Your sovereignty, our integrity, Your righteousness, goodness, loving-kindness, unfailing love, Your power, Your wisdom and Your faithfulness. For You are the Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, extra-ordinarily patient and abundant in goodness and in truth.
We will lift Jesus higher above every principality and power. We will focus on the Pre-eminent One Who was and is and is to come. We will bow to He who holds the key to death and hade, the Resurrection and the Life.
11 Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; (sovereignty, integrity, authority, righteousness, wisdom, dominion, pre-eminence. You rule from sea to sea. You are the head of all principalities and powers. You measure the earth with the span of Your Hands; weigh the mountains on Your scale; the nations are like a drop in a bucket. You uproot kingdoms and set up kingdoms. Who is like unto You ? what god is like our God?
The cattle on the thousand hills are yours; the earth in all its fullness is yours. Silver and gold are yours. Your made everything- great and small.
You spoke and it was done. ‘The grass may wither and the flowers may fade but your word abides forever.’
‘For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, And You are exalted as head over all.’
In this year of open heavens, let the heavens open with rain for Your people in their due season. In this year of open heaven, let the prayers of Your people rise like a sweet smelling savour into Your nostrils unhindered. In this year of open heavens, let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice. In this year of open heavens, let iron gates open of their own accord to the redeemed of the Lord. In this year of open heavens, let let the voice of God be heard expressly and let Your people respond with unqualified obedience. In this year of open heavens, let their joy be full. In this year of open heavens, let every wall of Jericho come tumbling down and the glory of God fall; let the fire of God fall; let salvation of souls come like a deluge; let the house of the Lord be full. In this year of open heavens, let Your people walk in love and in faith as never before. In this year of open heavens, help us to forget the former things and look forward to the new things which are in store for us. O that we will symphonise and flow with Your Holy Spirit as He leads us into the promised land flowing with milk and honey. O that we will march as one man, keeping rank and experiencing synergy come from the Holy Spirit.
We thank You for Your exceedingly great and precious promises, through which You have made us partakers of Your divine nature. In this year of open heavens, we will through faith inherit the promises, in Jesus Name. Our hands will not be slack or feeble. In the day of Your power, our strength will not be small. Forgetting the former things- achievements and failure- we will press on and reach forward for the mark of the prize of our high-calling in Christ Jesus.
Lord, make us fire brands in Your Hands; make us sharp threshing instruments having teeth with the ability to beat mountains small. O that we will crave, desire and pant for your word more than our daily food. Teach us to pray Your word and Your mind rather than our weak words or pet wishes. Help us to see through Your eyes and partner with You to do Your will on earth as it is in heaven. O Lord, give us hearts after Your own heart, like David of old.
Burn Your word: ‘Come out from amongst them and be ye separate’ into our hearts; replaying it to us until we are saturated, galvanised, submitted and driven to sanctification and consecration.
Yours is the glory, and the honour and the praise, in Jesus mighty and matchless name. Amen.
In this Brand New Year
In this Brand New Year
May God wipe your tears
Replace fruitless labour
With divine favour.
Give you green pastures
Of His good pleasure;
Making you rise up
and remain on top;
Oiling wheels of your train
With Him to fully reign;
Giving you great exploits
Overcoming wicked plots
Taking your rightful place
All because of His grace.
Psalms 20: The Assurance of God’s Saving Work To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.
1 May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble; May the name of the God of Jacob defend you;
2 May He send you help from the sanctuary, And strengthen you out of Zion;
3 May He remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah
4 May He grant you according to your heart’s desire,
And fulfill all your purpose.
5 We will rejoice in your salvation, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the LORD fulfill all your petitions.
6 Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand.
7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
8 They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright.
9 Save, LORD! May the King answer us when we call.
11 You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance.
exceedingly tempest-tossed Acts 27:18
In Praying for Others
In praying for others
We too are well watered
Because we sow a seed
Which sprouts to meet our needs.
So let’s stand in the gap
In spite of our mishap
And others reach, lift up
In doing so, fill their cup.
Take pleasure in the Church
Help her shine as the torch
Be part of her- her stone
Her pillar – living stone.
Let us all watch and pray
And God will make a way
And turn crooked path straight
Open any locked gates.
Psalm 102:13, 14:
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time is come. For Thy servants rake pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
A selfish man in trouble is exceedingly hard to comfort, because the springs of his comfort entirely within himself, and when he is sad all his springs are dry. But a large-hearted man full of Christian philanthropy, has other springs from which to supply himself with comfort beside those which lie within. He can go to his God first of all, and there find abundant help; and he can discover arguments for consolation in things relating to the world at large, to his country, and, above all, to the church. David in this Psalm was exceedingly sorrowful; he wrote, “I am like an owl of the desert, I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.” The only way in which he could comfort himself, was in the reflection that God would arise, and have mercy upon Zion: though he was sad, yet Zion should prosper; however low his own estate, yet Zion should arise. Christian man! learn to comfort thyself in God’s gracious dealing towards the church. That which is so dear to thy Master, should it not be dear above all else to thee? What though thy way be dark, canst thou not gladden thine heart with the triumphs of His cross and the spread of His truth? Our own personal troubles are forgotten while we look, not only upon what God has done, and is doing for Zion, but on the glorious things He will yet do for His church. Try this receipt, O believer, whenever thou art sad of heart and in heaviness of spirit: forget thyself and thy little concerns, and seek the welfare and prosperity of Zion. When thou bendest thy knee in prayer to God, limit not thy petition to the narrow circle of thine own life, tried though it be, but send out thy longing prayers for the church’s prosperity, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem,” and thine own soul shall be refreshed.
30 So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. Ezek.22:30
Appropriating The Promises
By Victor M. Matthews
One who was once bound and enslaved in Satan’s power and was set free through Jesus Christ and His precious blood shed upon the Cross of Calvary, wrote:
“The way to appropriate the promises of God is through prayer. If you are afflicted and oppressed by the enemy of souls, claim the promises of God as your own in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Pray vocally! Claim them audibly! The spoken Word carries weight in the invisible world. The hosts of darkness hear you. They are compelled to obey the Word of God.
“Use the Word of God in your prayers. Claim it for power and protection. Jesus used ‘It is written’ when He overcame Satan in the wilderness.
“We must refuse to give place to the devil. Excessive emotional upsets will give ground to the enemy – worry, grief, bitterness, wrath, clamor, malice, sensuality, evil speaking, hypocrisies, envies. We are told to put these away (Eph. 4:27-32; 1 Pet. 2:1). ‘Neither give place to the devil.’
“When ground has been given to Satan, we must reclaim that ground in the Name of Jesus Christ. ‘When temptations round you gather, breathe that holy Name in prayer.’ These things Satan cannot stand: the Word, the Name, the Cross, the Blood. Use in prayer the Scriptures that contain them, and then praise Him! Sing praises unto His Name.”

Sample Warfare Prayer
Heavenly Father, I bow in worship and praise before You. I cover myself with the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ as my protection. I surrender myself completely and unreservedly in every area of my life to You. I take a stand against all the workings of Satan that would hinder me in my prayer life.
Satan, I command you, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to leave my presence with all of your demons. I bring the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ between us (Jas. 4:7; 1 Pet. 5:8-9; Rev. 12:11).
Heavenly Father, I worship You and give You praise. I recognize that You are worthy to receive all glory and honor and praise. I renew my allegiance to You and pray that the blessed Holy Spirit would enable me in this time of prayer (Rom. 8:26).
I am thankful, Heavenly Father, that You have loved me from past eternity and that You sent the Lord Jesus Christ into the world to die as my Substitute. I am thankful that the Lord Jesus Christ came as my Representative and that through Him You have completely forgiven me. You have adopted me into Your family. You have assumed all responsibility for me (Eph. 1:3-10).
You have given me eternal life. You have given me the perfect righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am now justified (Rom. 4:23 – 5:2). I am thankful that in Him You have made me complete, and that You have offered Yourself to me to be my daily help and strength.
Heavenly Father, open my eyes that I might see how great You are and how complete Your provision is for this day. I am thankful that the victory the Lord Jesus Christ won for me on the Cross and in His resurrection has been given to me and that I am seated with the Lord Jesus Christ in the heavenlies. I take my place with Him in the heavenlies and recognize by faith that all wicked spirits and Satan himself are under my feet (Eph. 1:15 – 2:10).
I am thankful for the Armor You have provided (Eph. 6:10-20). I put on the Girdle of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Sandals of Peace and the Helmet of Salvation. I lift up the Shield of Faith against all the fiery darts of the enemy. I take in my hand the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God. I choose to use Your Word against all the forces of evil in my life. I put on this Armor and live and pray in complete dependence upon You, blessed Holy Spirit.
I am grateful, Heavenly Father, that the Lord Jesus Christ spoiled all principalities and powers and made a show of them openly and triumphed over them in Himself (Col. 2:15). I claim all that victory for my life today. I reject all the insinuations and accusations and the temptations of Satan. I affirm that the Word of God is true and I choose to live today in the light of God’s Word.
I choose, Heavenly Father, to live in obedience to You and in fellowship with Yourself. Open my eyes and show me the areas of my life that do not please You. Work in me to cleanse me from all ground that would give Satan a foothold against me. I do in every way stand in all that it means to be Your adopted child and I welcome all the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
By faith and in dependence upon You I put off the fleshly works of the old man and stand into all the victory of the crucifixion where the Lord Jesus Christ provided cleansing from the old nature. I put on the new man and stand into all the victory of the resurrection and the provision He has made for me to live above sin (Rom. 6; Eph. 4:22-24).
Therefore, today I put off all forms of selfishness and put on the new nature with its love. I put off all forms of fear and put on the new nature with its courage. I put off all forms of weakness and put on the new nature with its strength. I put off all forms of lust and put on the new nature with its righteousness, purity and honesty. I am trusting You to show me how to make this practical in my daily life (Gal. 5:24).
In every way I stand in the victory of the ascension and glorification of the Lord Jesus Christ, whereby all the principalities and powers were made subject to Him. I claim my place in Christ as victorious with Him over all the enemies of my soul. Blessed Holy Spirit, I pray that You would fill me (Eph. 5:18). Come into my life, break down every idol and cast out every foe.
I am thankful, Heavenly Father, for the expression of Your will for my daily life as You have shown me in Your Word. I, therefore, claim all the will of God for today. I am thankful that You have blessed me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Eph. 1:3). I am thankful that You have begotten me unto a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (1 Pet. 1:3). I am thankful that You have made provision so that today I can live filled with the Spirit of God with love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control in my life (Gal. 5:22-23).
I recognize that this is Your will for me and I therefore reject and resist all the endeavors of Satan and his wicked spirits to rob me of the will of God. I refuse in this day to believe my feelings and I hold up the Shield of Faith against all the accusations and distortions and insinuations that Satan would put into my mind. I claim the fullness of the will of God for my life today.
Heavenly Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I completely surrender myself to You as a living sacrifice. I choose not to be conformed to this world. I choose to be transformed by the renewing of my mind, and I pray that You would show me Your will and enable me to walk in all the fullness of Your will today (Rom. 12:1-2).
I am thankful, Heavenly Father, that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, to the casting down of imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and to bring every thought into obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 10:4-5). Therefore, in my own life today I tear down the strongholds of Satan and smash the plans of Satan that have been formed against me. I tear down the strongholds of Satan against my mind, and I surrender my mind to You, blessed Holy Spirit. I affirm, Heavenly Father, that You have not given me the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Tim. 1:7).
I break and smash the strongholds of Satan formed against my emotions today and I give my emotions to You. I smash the strongholds of Satan formed against my will today. I give my will to You, and choose to make the right decisions of faith. I smash the strongholds of Satan formed against my body today. I give my body to You recognizing that I am Your temple (1 Cor. 6:19). I rejoice in Your mercy and goodness.
Heavenly Father, I pray that now and through this day You would strengthen and enlighten me, show me the way Satan is hindering and tempting and lying and distorting the truth in my life. Enable me to be the kind of person that would please You. Enable me to be aggressive in prayer and faith. Enable me to be aggressive mentally, to think about and practice Your Word, and to give You Your rightful place in my life.
I pray that You, blessed Holy Spirit, would bring all the work of the crucifixion, all the work of the resurrection, all the work of the glorification, and all the work of Pentecost into my life today.
I surrender myself to You. I refuse to be discouraged. You are the God of all hope. You have proven Your power by resurrecting Jesus Christ from the dead, and I claim in every way this victory over all satanic forces in my life. I pray in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ with thanksgiving. Amen.
