Triumphing in Trying Times

Is possible for us all

If we will commit to pray

And put our faith in the Lord.

Learn to say what God has said

And not what the world has said

Learn to say what the word says

Not what the enemy says.

When men are cast down

Then thou shalt say,

‘There is lifting up.’

This is the way to triumph:

Maintaining your integrity

Maintaining your positivity

Refusing to worry or hurry

Praying the word

Seeking God’s face

Praying and fasting

Hearing from Him

Exercising your faith

Standing your ground

Putting on the whole armour of God

Fight the good fight of faith

Counting it all joy

Knowing who you are and

Whom you serve

Obeying what God has said

Sowing good seeds

in good grounds

watering the seeds

and waiting for God’s time.

26  But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matt19:26

6     Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

7     and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

16   Rejoice always,

17   pray without ceasing,

18   in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

4     For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith.

57   But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58        Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.1Cor15:57-58

14        Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.2Cor2:14

Triumphing in Trying Times

Trying times will come to you and I. They often come unannounced. But the way you respond to a storm in your life will determine the outcome. Triumphing in trying times implies battles, fighting, difficulties, trials or even tribulations. You cannot triumph if there are no obstacles or opposition. It is therefore important to come approach this message with that mind-set.  Yes, there are difficulties but through our God we shall do valiantly. Greater is He in us than he that is in the world. Jesus told His disciples clearly in John16:33 33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Here is a recipe for triumphing in Trying Times.

If God be for us who can be against us?  In this world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. Nay in all these things, we are more than conquerors. And we know that all things work together for good for those that love God and who are the called according to purpose.
