8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

This Book is the Book of books7
Delight in it with all your heart
Open it daily, feed, and look
Put it in the midst of your heart.
Of the Law
The law of the word is one of love
Transcending the letter of the law
This law is a new one from above
The one given by Jesus-the Door.
Shalt not depart out of your mouth
What you say from your mouth is vital
It can make you or break you
What you declare, confess, is critical
It can trip you up or give you breakthrough.
But thou shalt meditate in it
The way you meditate is to mutter, ponder
Imagine, speak, roar and talk the word
And as you utter the word it takes you higher
Puts your feet on the ground for great reward.
Day and night
Meditation has to be incessant
Continuous, a life-style, consistent,
In season and out of season, constant
Summer and winter; you don’t relent.
that you may observe
Many look but they do not see
Many see but do not observe.
Pray that your eyes are opened to see
And that you see and observe.
to do according to all that is written in it.
We observe to do all- the whole counsel of God
We cannot ignore some parts-pick and choose
That is why we have to make Jesus our Lord
Who fulfilled the law for Gentiles and Jews.
For then you will make your way prosperous,
It is God’s will for us to prosper
In all that we do, wherever we go
So long as we make Him Alpha and Omega
And filled with his word, with His Spirit flow.
and then you will have good success.
There is ‘goods success’ and Good Success
And these are worlds apart-never the same
So let your aim be for Good Success- God’s Success
And this comes through the word and the Word- ever the same.
