If it’s going to be

It’s up to me

It’s not up to my pastor

Or my counsellor.

It’s not up to my mentor

Or my tormentor

It’s not up to my friend or fiend

 

If it’s going to be

It’s up to me

It’s not up to my environment

Or even the government

It’s not up to my parents

I can survive and thrive anywhere.

 

It’s not up to My teachers

or even the preacher

Playing the blame game

Will surely bring shame

If It’s going to be
