Failure is a Blessing in Disguise

Failure can be a blessing in disguise

When it teaches you how not to do things

How to do things differently

  How to look beyond yourself

How to look to God, Who is all-wise .

  Failure is bad when we

Fail to learn the lesson it teaches

  And keep repeating the failure

In a merry –go –round like the Israelites.

Failure frees us from stigma and fear of failure

  Making deposit for future success

  Failure does not define us

Because everyone who ventures fails at some point

And rises from the ashes of failure into a success

Success without failure is fleeting success

  Unreliable, undependable wiz-bang success

Failure is Not final

16For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

Proverbs 24:16 (King James Version)

Affliction works for us
For our lightaffliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 2 Corinthians 4:17

Cast Down but Unconquered

7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 8We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed

2Cor 4:7-9

More than conquerors

37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Rom8:37-39
