Summer is Past and You’re Not Saved? (By Fenny West)

Proclaim the Word
Of reconciliation
The word of regeneration
The Word of Salvation
The Word for New Creation.

Do it in season and out of season
Convenient or inconvenient
In the highways and in the byways.
Do it in the community
Do it in the boroughs
Do it in the streets
Do it in the hospitals
Do it in the prisons
Do it in the dungeons
Do it in the courts
Do it in the schools
Do it in the market place.
Do it house to house.

Why?

The time is short!
The Day is far spent.
The night fast approaches
When no man can work.
The Lord is coming soon
Behold, He is at the Door!
This is the Day of Salvation
This is the acceptable time.

Today if you hear His Voice
Be reconciled to Him.
Except a man be born again
He cannot see the kingdom of God.
Religion is man-made and does not save.
Only relationship with Jesus,-our Sacrifice- will suffice.

Come as you are, no matter how far.
Confess Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Believe that He died for you
And was raised for your justification.
Jesus is our peace, our righteousness, our Saviour and salvation. In Him only is life. We are saved by “Dos and Don’t.”
We are saved by grace through faith- not of works, lest any man should boast.
Today, if you hear His voice, do not delay. Do not harden your heart.
Today, if He is tugging at your heart’s strings, yield to Him. Surrender to Him.
Come home! Prodigal son!
Come home! Prodigal daughter!
The table is all set. The banquet is ready. But Your seat is empty.
Summer is past and you’re still not saved?
Think about this and come home without delay. The curtain will soon be closed and you’ll be left in the cold, left behind…

that iif you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9-10
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
2 Cor 5:17
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God

John 3:3

Go and Speak ( by Fenny West)

Inspiration comes through challenges and in unusual circumstances:

Suddenly you have a “lightbulb moment”

I entered a Photo Inspiration  Challenge about a year ago with this picture below.

This was my inspiration: Jonah spat out of the mouth of the fish and washed ashore.

He had disobeyed God when told to go and preach at Nineveh. He boarded a ship to Tarshish and all hell broke loose on the ship. He knew he was the cause and asked to be thrown into the sea to save the lives of those on the ship. They did and there was a great calm.

Jonah was swallowed by a big fish and there he repented and worshipped God, who had mercy on him and commanded the fish to spit him out. He was then washed ashore as we can see in the picture. Read Jonah Ch1 and 2 for the full gist.

What would your inspiration be?
