Dear Father (4) Supplies

Shepherd of my soul, owner of all things. The cattle on a thousand hills belong to You. The earth in all its fulness belong to you, Lord. Silver and gold belong to you, Lord.

David, said, “I was young but now I am old. I have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread. You are my Shepherd and I shall not want. I lack nothing. You will prepare a table for me in the presence of my enemies. You daily load me with benefits to enjoy. The boundary lines have fallen in pleasant places for me and I have a goodly heritage.

Thank You, O God, that in the day of famine You will satisfy my soul. I shall laugh at famine and scarcity because You are the God who brings forth water out of a rock. As you did in the days of Moses, so you do even today. You rain manna from on high, even today. “Jesus Christ, the same, Yesterday, today and forever. I am the Lord, I change not.”

You called Abraham out of his comfort zone, out of his kindred, his family, to a place You will show him. He obeyed and was en route the promised land when he was confronted with famine-a mirage, a front, a camouflage.

He made a detour and met with further trouble and put Sarah in danger. But you fought for him; You showed him favour even amidst his fears, doubts and wandering astray. You remain ever merciful and will protect and redirect me where I have gone astray. Your light shines in darkness. If you should regard iniquity, who will stand. There is plenteous of mercy with You. As far as the east is from the west, so far You have removed my transgression from me. And as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is Your love for me.

You gave Abraham another opportunity when he left that the Egypt of disobedience and retraced his locus. You made him very rich-blessed him with silver, gold… He commanded blessings.

Wherever I have strayed away from Your pre-ordained path, You will redirect me. You will guide me with Your eyes. You will show me the pathway of righteousness for your Names sake. Yes, even when I walk through the valley of death, I will not fear any evil, because You are with me. Your rod and your staff comfort me, point the way to me. I hear a voice saying to me, “This is the way. Walk in it.” My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches by Christ Jesus. You are Jehovah Jireh. You provided a ram in place of Isaac following when Abraham trusted You and dared to offer Isaac as You requested.

Your blessing was so much in Cannan that there was not room enough for Lot and him. A quarrel ensued between his servants and Lot’s. You gave wisdom to Abraham to know how to handle the strife. In his humility, he told Lot to choose where to go. Lot chose the well-gardens and departed. Then you came and gave Abraham more than he could think, ask, imagine-far beyond his wildest dream.

I shall avoid every strife wherever you take me. I will not compete with anyone because I am complete in Christ. All that you have foreordained for me will not elude me. Silver and gold, Dollars and sterling will not elude me. Deutsch marcs, Japanese yens, Nigerian Naira, Russian roubles, French francs and German’s will not elude me.

You have given me business ideas that will take off and be sort after worldwide. I shall be sleeping and selling worldwide. For Jesus was rich, yet for my sake, he became poor, that I might be rich.

Even as I give, it is given back to me, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over. As I Sow, I shall obtain the former rain and the latter rain in the first month. As I Sow in tears, I shall reap with joy. As I go about, bearing precious seeds to sow, I will doubtless, without fail, unquestionably return with a great harvest, in Jesus’ Name.

I Sow bountifully and reap bountifully. I Sow even in times of famine like Isaac and I reap a hundred-fold return, causing me to be a wonder and an enigma, and an envy of those around me.

When there was famine in Samaria and mothers were so desperate that they boiled their children and ate, You gave a word of restoration through Your prophet that by the next day there would be superabundance. The Chancellor of Exchequer doubted it, but You word and will prevailed.

Similarly, every prophetic word about my prosperity and abundant life shall surely come to pass, rain or shine. The Word that has come out of Your mouth will not return to You empty. You are not a man that you should lie neither the son of man, that You should repent. If You said it, You have the wherewithal to bring it to pass. Heaven and earth shall pass away but Your words shall not pass away.

I am blessed and highly favoured. I am blessed in my going out and coming in. I am blessed with every spiritual blessing. Whatever I lay my hands to do prospers. You have given to me the good treasure of your storehouse.

Yes because I give, You have made Your grace abound toward me, that I having all sufficiency will abound unto every good work. Even as Job was blessed superabundantly in his latter day, so shall I be blessed.

The widow of Zarephat was in dire straits and you sent her a prophet to feed with her last me. You wanted to bless her mind-blowingly. She obeyed and was superabundantly blessed more than she could ask or think or even dream of. I shall not miss my time of visitation. I shall not doubt Your voice or direction on that day.

The disciples shared their provisions in common and no one lacked. You fed the five thousand with two fish and fives loaves. You remain the same. Little is much when God is in it. You will bless what I have in my hands and it will go round many times.

There was a widow who was in a great need and came to the prophet who asked her what she had in her house. She only had a little a little oil. That was enough for you to use to bless her. You made that little oil a river of blessing that multiplied and filled all the vessels she brought. She sold it and was well fed because where the Word of the Lord is there is power, provision, plenty and prosperity.

Peter and his mates had toiled all night without a catch but you borrowed their boat to preach after which you commanded them to launch out into the deep. They did and you embarrassed them with a stupendous catch that nearly broke their net. They had to beckon on others to come and help them. Every one of my goods and talents that I have used to serve you will yield mammoth results. I will never regret for serving you or giving to you. You are no man’s debtor. I cannot outgive You.

My giving shall open doors for me. My giving shall speak for me.    As I give to those in need, I know that I am lending to You. And sure, goodness and mercy will follow me, all the days of my life. My harvest shall be mind-blowingly, unimaginable, incredible and extraordinary, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
